The online portal is the fastest way to get Phoenix police records. Create an account, submit your request, and pay any fees online. You can download documents when they are ready. This avoids trips to the police records office.
In person requests are still available at the Public Records Unit. Bring ID and any case numbers or incident information you have. Staff can help you identify what records are available. Payment can be made at the time of pickup.
For court records, contact the Phoenix Municipal Court directly. They have their own process separate from police records. Bring your case number if you have it. Without a case number, staff must search by name which takes longer.
